El Amo

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • 2 oz. El Amo Premium Blanco
  • 2 oz. Sour Mix

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ice
  2. Combine ingredients in a blender
  3. Strain into a salt-rimmed martini or rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons mixed frozen summer berries
  • 100 ml El Amo Premium Blanco
  • Tonic
  • Ice cubes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. If you have ice, pop a few in the glasses. If you don’t have any, don’t worry. The frozen fruit will keep it cool.
  2. Remove the frozen fruit from the bag and pop in the glass.
  3. Add 50ml of El Amo to each glass (or a good splash of you don’t have a jigger measurer). Leave the tequila to infuse with the fruits, the tame it takes to get the tonic out the fridge will be enough.
  4. Top up with tonic and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 grapefruit (large, or 2 oz grapefruit juice)
  • 2 ounces El Amo Premium Reposado
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice (from 1/2 lime)
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup (or agave nectar)
  • Kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ice to shaker
  2. Combine the lime juice, simple syrup, and the tequila to a shaker.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with sliced jalapeños and grapefruit slices.

INGREDIENTS

  • 120 ml of orange juice
  • 60 ml El Amo Tequila
  • 1 Cuña Naranja
  • Hielo

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Strain into a salted rimmed glass, over large ice cubes.
  3. Garnish with a lime slice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces El Amo Tequila
  • Lime juice
  • Cointreau
  • 1/2 cup Hibiscus tea
  • Simple syrup
  • Margarita salt and chili for the rim

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for at least 20 seconds.
  2. Strain into a salted rimmed glass, over large ice cubes. 
  3. Garnish with a lime slice. We added some crushed hibiscus flowers to the salt for the rim. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 120 ml tomato Juice
  • 2 ounces El Amo Tequila
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1/2 a lime)
  • 4 ounces light Mexican beer
  • Tabasco
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Garnishes: Lime wedges, olives, jalapenos, celery sticks, cheese cubes, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine the tomato juice, lime juice, tequila, and beer in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and carefully secure the lid. Shake it.
